We provide refurbishment and recovering in a wide variety of materials including but not limited to natural, nitrile, flame retardant, food quality, ceramic and silicone.
Rubber recovering is where Reliant Rubber began, and with over 40 years of experience, it remains at the heart of our engineering operation.
1. Complete stripping and recovering
We remove the failed covering, assess the condition of the core, prepare the surface for bonding, then bond, cure and finish to the required specifications.
2. Engineering repairs and component rework
Our capabilities extend beyond the rubber covering. Where required, we can repair or rework shafts, journals, bearing areas and associated components that affect performance, alignment and service life.
