Injection Moulding
Reliant Rubber provides injection moulding for detailed components. Injection moulding introduces rubber into a heated mould under controlled pressure.
The process provides accurate, repeatable production and is well suited to detailed components, repeat orders and larger quantities where consistency and efficient production are essential.
Compression Moulding
Reliant Rubber provides compression moulding for bespoke parts, larger or thicker components, and small to medium production quantities.
Using heat and pressure, rubber is formed and cured within purpose-designed tooling to produce reliable components in a wide range of shapes, sizes and rubber compounds.
