Constellia Marketplace
Constellia operates a managed procurement marketplace for public and private sector organisations. Its public sector routes cover goods, works and services, making it relevant to Reliant Rubber’s specialist rubber engineering, custom components and flooring requirements. Its private sector routes focus on services, so the purchasing route depends on the requirement. Buyers can discuss their project with Reliant Rubber, then ask Constellia to manage the procurement through its marketplace.
Bloom
Bloom manages a marketplace for public sector professional services through the NEPRO Three framework. For Reliant Rubber, this may suit a defined specialist engineering or project requirement where the work falls within Bloom’s approved categories; eligibility should be checked for each project. Buyers can contact Reliant Rubber to shape the requirement, then engage Bloom to confirm the appropriate category and run the procurement process.
ESPO
ESPO provides established public sector procurement frameworks. Reliant Rubber is listed on its Flooring (Supply, Fit and Refurbishment) framework 16_26, under Lot 1.3 for linoleum and rubber flooring, which includes rubber sheeting, tiles and mats. This is the specific flooring route among the three and does not cover Reliant’s wider engineering services. Buyers can discuss their flooring needs with Reliant Rubber and access the framework documents through ESPO’s “Get Started” process to select the appropriate call-off route.
